What we are certified to do

Certificates travel with the job. If your principal contractor wants the paperwork before the steel, ask and it comes first.

BS EN 1090-1, EXC2

Factory production control certified for execution class EXC2, so structural steelwork leaves here CE marked and with a declaration of performance.

BS EN ISO 9606-1

Every welder is coded to the processes and positions they actually work, and re-tested every two years. Certificates travel with the job.

BS EN ISO 3834-3

Standard quality requirements for fusion welding, with welding procedure specifications held for each of the joint types we run.

ISO 9001

One quality system covering drawing control, material traceability and inspection. Mill certificates are kept for ten years.

CHAS and Constructionline

Assessed annually for health and safety, so we can be added to a principal contractor's supply chain without a fresh audit.

Site cards

The erection squad holds CSCS and IPAF; two hold appointed-person and slinger tickets for lifts we run ourselves.

Procedures, cast numbers and inspection records for any job are kept here for ten years. Ask for the reference and we will send the file.
