Press brake 160 t × 3,200 mm Six-axis back gauge. Forms to 3.2 m in one hit; longer work is joggled and welded.
Plasma table 3,000 × 1,500 mm Mild steel to 25 mm, stainless to 20 mm, aluminium to 16 mm. Bevel head to 45°.
Bandsaws 350 mm capacity Two mitre saws, ±60°. Section, tube and solid bar.
Welding bays 5 bays MIG to 400 A, TIG to 300 A, MMA. Positioners to 1 tonne.
Overhead crane 5 t × 12 m span Runs the full length of the shop and out to the loading yard.
Blast and prime SA2½ Shot blast to SA2½ and one coat of zinc phosphate primer, 75 µm dry.

Materials we hold

S275 and S355 section, plate to 25 mm, hot and cold rolled sheet, box and tube. Stainless and aluminium are bought in per job on a next-day call-off.

Traceability

Every part carries its mark and its cast number from the saw to the wagon, and mill certificates are held for ten years.

Shop rate £58 / hour, shop rate, minimum charge £145.
